We are pleased to announce that our Service Facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma offers expedited repair and calibration services for Grabner & Petrotest instruments. This new service is designed to help you, our customer, when you need an instrument calibrated or repaired in the shortest possible time.
Expedite your service and we guarantee your instrument will be the first ones worked upon by our calibration and repair experts. This ensures that your instrument will be ready to return to you in the shortest possible time. For the minimal fee of $100, service work can be scheduled to begin on the day of your choosing. Note: Instrument should be received the day before your scheduled appointment to ensure quick turnaround.
All repairs and calibrations are given the careful attention to quality that you expect when dealing with a manufacturer. We are the only repair and calibration center in North America that is authorized and approved by these manufacturers. You are assured that your instrument will be calibrated per the manufacturer’s procedure and repaired with OEM parts.
