We are pleased to announce that our Service Facility in Tulsa, OK is now offering expedited repair and calibration services for Grabner & Petrotest instruments. This new service is designed to help you, our customer, when you need an instrument calibrated or repaired in the shortest possible time.
Expedite your service and we guarantee your instrument will be the first ones worked upon by our calibration and repair experts that day. This ensures that your instrument will be ready to return to you in the shortest possible time. For the minimal fee of $100, service work can be scheduled to begin on the day of your choosing. Expediting the six month or annual calibration of your Grabner vapor pressure instrument will typically enable us to ship it back to you the same day!
All repairs and calibrations are given the careful attention to quality that you expect when dealing with a manufacturer. We are the only repair and calibration center in North America that is authorized and approved by these manufacturers. You are assured that your instrument will be calibrated per the manufacturer’s procedure and repaired with OEM parts.

While scheduled Calibrations can be performed in 1 day, Petrolab Company will never sacrifice the integrity of your instrument just to meet this deadline. If your Calibration appointment becomes a repair, we can no longer ensure your 1 day turnaround time frame. Our Technical Support Specialist will contact you immediately with additional repair information.
URGENT VAPOR PRESSURE UPDATE:
ASTM D5191-03, Section 10.1.1 REQUIRES that a ‘calibration check’ is performed every 6 months - this ‘check’ is actually defined as a complete re-calibration of the pressure system, not simply a verification at ambient or zero pressure.
ASTM D5191-03, Section 10.2 REQUIRES the temperature sensing system be verified at least every six months.
