Petrolab Company's 40,000 square foot central service and technical support facility located in Tulsa, Oklahoma is equipped and staffed to efficiently meet customer's most challenging requirements. Your instrument will be calibrated in full conformance with manufacturer's ISO specifications. Choose from the below options to best suit your instrument needs.
When sending your instrument in for calibration, be sure to:
- Obtain a Return Authorization number via phone (918) 459-7170 or through the website (RA Link).
- Be sure to place your RA# and Serial # on the outside of your shipping box.
- Always use proper packaging when shipping your instrument. Order a preferred travel case (Case Link).
- It is not necessary to include cords and accessories when shipping unit.
- Provide PO# or credit card information to expedite return.

Grabner Instrument's factory-authorized annual maintenance & calibration to factory specifications for your VPS/VPX Vapor Pressure tester, including: torque valve packing of sample valve, change of o-rings including piston and exhaust o-rings, replacement of sample inlet tubing from inlet port to sample chamber with original Grabner parts, verification of correct temperature and pressure and adjustments as required, updating of zero and span drift corrections of the pressure transducer over the operational range of 68° to 140°F, Grabner ISO 9000 requirements and Grabner-authorized upgrades, plus update to the latest version of VPS software. Will run high-purity vapor pressure calibration standards at 5, 10 and 15 psi nominal pressure values, for performance verification and record-keeping, and supply a factory-authorized Certificate of Calibration. Other parts or repairs at additional cost, with pre-approval.

Grabner Instrument's factory-authorized annual maintenance & calibration to factory specifications for your Miniflash Flash Point tester includes: calibration of the sample and oven temperature sensors as well as the Miniflash pressure transducer. As standard, the electrode and high-voltage ceramic insulator will be replaced and the internal oven pressure tubing cleaned. In addition, the internal flexible and metal "T" tubing will be replaced, the cup lift mechanism and sample tray checked for proper operation, the software upgraded to the latest factory version, as necessary. The overall performance of the Miniflash will be verified with high purity n-dodecane and a certified gas oil flashpoint reference standard. A Calibration Certificate, showing that the Miniflash complies with the latest factory specifications, will be returned with the instrument.
